provided by you, the user, for the purpose of matching you to your elected
officials and making such information available to the organization leasing our
system, Northern Colorado Legislative Alliance, and to any person with whom you
choose to communicate.
Information Shared
We will share information
that you provide only with Northern Colorado Legislative Alliance and the
people with whom you choose to communicate. We will never share your
information with any person other than Northern Colorado Legislative Alliance
and people to whom you send a message. The Northern Colorado Legislative
Alliance's name and contact information can be found on each page of this site.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to recognize
you when you return to the system. This allows us to auto-fill your login
information for your convenience. Neither we nor any third party will track
your activities with the cookies that we place on your computer. We also use
cookies to allow you to save messages for later use. If you arrive at the site
through a voterVOICE SmartLinkTM, then your activities will be
tracked and reported to Northern Colorado Legislative Alliance. The purpose of
this tracking is to allow Northern Colorado Legislative Alliance to send
information only to those people whose previous activities fit a certain
profile. For example, if you already sent a message to your representative,
then Northern Colorado Legislative Alliance would know this and would not
repeat its request for you to contact your representative.
Messages
Any and all messages sent by
you through the system to your elected officials are saved to our database.
Northern Colorado Legislative Alliance can review all messages sent from the
system. Northern Colorado Legislative Alliance may also receive, by email, a
carbon copy of all messages sent from the system, if you select the carbon copy
option.
Security
voterVOICE,
LLC has implemented industry-standard security measures at their physical
facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information
that we have collected from you. These measures include password protection and
encryption of sensitive data. We will protect your information with all
appropriate safeguards and security measures. All employees of voterVOICE are
familiar with the procedures that must be taken to safeguard your information.
We audit our procedures and security policies regularly to ensure that they are
being properly administered and that they remain effective and appropriate.
Protecting your privacy is a top concern. Upon request we will provide you with
a more detailed description of the information that has been collected.
